The Unconditional Love Of God! By Nanyamka Boyer
Beloved brothers and sisters in Christ, greetings and may this new day be filled with blessings and peace in your lives, from our beloved Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Let us on this day focus on the unconditional love of God, as it is given to us daily for free, without us having to do anything to receive it, as His mercies are new every morning, as it says in Lamentations 3:22-23 "It is the LORD's mercies that we are not consumed, because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness."
But because He is holy and we are made in His image, we must be as He is, holy. And we can not obtain that on our own, but only through Jesus, by accepting His sacrifice for us on the cross, by repenting of ours sins unto Him, by turning from them, and by accepting Him, as our Savior and Lord. For when we do, we become the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus, as it says in 2 Corinthians 5:21.
Because sin dwells in us and will continue to dwell in us until we are called home to heaven, whether it is through death or through the catching away of the Church, when the Lord comes back, we must repent and confess them daily unto Him, as He says through the Apostle John in 1 John 1:9 "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." But sin will not have the dominion over us, for remember, the Lord wants us to live with Him forever in heaven and not perish in hell and be eternally separated from Him, who is Love.
For to the Lord, we are not a number, as the world sees us, but a person and His beloved creation, whom He created and takes care of daily. And loves us unconditionally and more than anyone could ever love us in this world. And He sees us and loves us, just as a good beloved mother would, who pities her children and provides for them daily what they need. But the Lord's love to us and for us is much greater.
So it is my prayer that you daily remember His great love for you and acknowledge it, by honoring Him and by showing Him, your love, appreciation, and the respect He deserves, as your Beloved Heavenly Father, by seeking Him daily in His Word, in prayer, through praise and worship music and through books that are about Him. For as you do, you draw closer to Him and show Him your love and appreciation, for His goodness and great mercies to you, your loved ones and in your life!
So remember Him throughout your day, as you go about your tasks and never forget to acknowledge Him in your life, for He is there. For as you do, He will direct your paths, as He says in Proverbs 3:6. Blessed be His holy name!
