Being Grateful To The Lord!

Being Grateful To The Lord! By Nanyamka Boyer

My beloved brother or sister in our Sweet Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, may you be having a blessed day and be enjoying this Thanksgiving Day. Beloved of the Lord, let us remember where our blessings come from each and every day of our lives, for we know that all good things, especially our daily needs, come from our Blessed Savior and Lord Jesus Christ. For remember that it is written in Romans 11:36 "For of Him, and through Him and to Him are all things. To Him be glory forever. Amen."

So we know that if it wasn't for our Sweet Lord's love for us, we would have no-thing (like the Lord says) in our lives, but He out of His great love, goodness, mercy and amazing grace towards us, grants our daily needs and heart's desires, according to His perfect love and will for our lives.

On this day let us also thank our Lord for His amazing love for us and for Him showing it unto us daily, not only because of Him supplying our daily needs, but mostly because of His loving sacrifice of death on the cross for us 2,000 years ago and for setting us free from our ancient enemy, the devil, and from his (the devil's) lies.

And for giving us a chance to make it to Heaven and not perish in a burning Hell for eternity, and not go through things in our lives that are not His perfect will for us, but for allowing us to only go through those things that would enable us to be as He is and to be in right standing with Him daily, especially when we die and to be able to stand before Him on Judgement Day. For as it is written in Hebrews 9:27 "And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment." So we know that He allows us to go through trials and tribulations, for the purpose to purify us and change our hearts and character, as His is.

So let us offer Him our hearts, our spirits and souls daily and on this special day, our sacrifice of praise and worship, for He's worthy! So as you are spending time with your friends and loved ones, please consider in your heart and mind, where ALL your blessings come from, and take the time to love on your Beloved God, Savior and Sweet Lord, Jesus Christ, by praising Him as the song says: "Praise God, from whom all blessings flow; Praise Him, all creatures here below; Praise Him above, ye heav'nly host; Praise Father, Son, and Holy Ghost."

For the Lord yearns for your presence and a close and intimate relationship with you, so do not forget Him and His needs and heart's desire, which is your love, companionship and friendship. For as we are, in having and wanting our emotional needs met, through our relationships, so is our LORD, for remember that He made us as He is, in His (Father, Son, and Holy Ghost) image.

So continue to seek Him while He may be found, as it says in Isaiah 55:6-7 "Seek ye the LORD while He may found, call ye upon Him while He is near. Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrightous man his thoughts; let him return to the LORD, and He will have mercy on him; and to our God, for He will abundantly pardon."

For the time will come when it will be too late, as we continue to approach His second coming and things will continue to get worse and worse on this earth, as the Lord says in His Word in the gospels. And as I have just heard Him say, so will I relay His Word to you in which He says in Amos 8:11 "Behold the days come, saith the Lord God, that I will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of the LORD:"

So don't only seek Him today, because it is Thanksgiving Day, but every day of your life, for He is our Bread of Life, our Fountain of Living Waters, our Great I Am, our Lilly of the Valley, our Bright and Morning Star, our Wonderful Counselor, our Prince of Peace and the Sweet Lover of our Souls! Blessed be His Holy Name!

So praise Him saints, for our beloved God, is worthy, so worthy! Oh how I love Him so, the Sweet Lover of my soul, and it's my prayer that you fall so deeply in love with Him and be complete in your heart and life, as He has made me to be in Him since He saved me, for He alone makes us and completes us and not the things, and people He has given to us or has put in our lives.

Have a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner and remember to ALWAYS keep Jesus, supping with you and at the forefront of your heart, soul, mind and life forever!
