The Lord Is Our Refuge And Strength! By Nanyamka Boyer
My beloved brethren in our Beloved Savior and Lord Jesus Christ, may you be having a blessed day and be found walking close to Jesus, as we greatly need Him in this world that is so full of evil and of Satan schemes and wickedness to humanity, especially towards the beloved Saints of the Most High God!
On this day the Lord wants to remind you of His promise that He gives us in Psalm 91 and in Isaiah 59:19 where He says: "So shall they fear the name of the LORD from the west, and His glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the LORD shall lift up a standard against him." For the Lord will never let the devil do in this world more than what He allows him to do, including in our own personal lives. For just as I write this the Lord reminds me of what He says in Leviticus 25:23 to give unto you: "The land shall not be sold for ever: for the land is mine; for ye are strangers and sojourners with me." So saints, remember that our God is faithful and in full control of all things that are happening in our lives and in this world. For remember His promise in Zechariah 4:6 "Then He answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of the LORD unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit, saith the LORD of hosts." And we know that all things are for Him, by Him or that He is before all things, and through Him, including for His purposes, as He says in Romans 11:36 "For of Him, and through Him and to Him, are all things: to whom be glory for ever. Amen."
The Lord does not want us to be or live in fear, as fear has torment, as the Lord through the Apostle John tells us in 1 John 4:18 "There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love (or in His love)." And fear is an evil spirit, that we must rebuke and cast out of our lives and not entertain, or it will destroy us, our faith and our relationship with our God, through His Beloved Son, Jesus Christ. For remember that without faith it is impossible to please Him.
We must be as the Lord Jesus was, is and will always be towards the devil and his hosts of demons and be as He is, courageous, bold, and fearless. And use His Word, which is our sword or the Sword of the spirit and the Holy Spirit's, as we continue to abide in Him and He continues to live His sinless, bold, courageous, and fearless life, through His Holy Spirit in our hearts and spirit man.
For it is He who gives us His grace or strength to abide, to stand, to overcome our trials, to be bold, faithful, fearless and courageous towards the enemy of our souls, the devil.
So as we continue to see these shootings, plagues or pestilences and calamities in this world, especially in this country, let us not be fearful and remember the Lord's promises in His Word, especially in Psalm 91, Psalm 23: 4 where King David says: "Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me."
And let us also remember that the Lord foretold us of these things that would come to pass in the world, as we are in the last days and also to remember His promise in John 16:33 where He says: "These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world." So if He overcame, so will we, because He is living His life in us, for us and through us.
I believe He says this on this verse, so we know and understand, because He lives in us the saint, that we will also overcome this world, the devil, and our flesh. If we continue to abide in Him, by studying His Word, through prayer, praise and worship, by doing communion often and by having an intimate and close relationship with Him, daily. For when we do, we allow Him to live His life in us and through us, because we are submitting to Him and keeping His commandments.
So let us be strong in and for the Lord, for His name sake, as we walk with Him daily, and let us pray for the lost, as they also greatly need Him, that they come unto repentance and to the knowledge of the truth, before it is too late for them. For as I just heard the Lord say, so I say it to you that: "so many are perishing for a lack of knowledge." And you as His beloved saint, know that He is with you always, as He promises us in Matthew 28:20 "Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and lo I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen."
And He will never leave you nor forsake you and will continue to protect you, as He promises us in Psalm 91. I recommend for you to study this Psalm often, especially in times of great darkness or calamities in the earth, for our God is faithful and true, and always keeps His promises!
Have a blessed day, and as the Lord has told me, I now share this with you to also do, which is: "Keep your focus on me (or Him) and not on your circumstances!"
This includes what is happening all around us in this world, and let us also know and remember that when these things are happening all around us, that we are just one more step closer to His 2nd coming, when the Lord shall descend from the third heaven and come in the clouds, and at the sound of the trumpet, the dead in Christ shall rise first and we that are alive and remain will be caught up with them in the second Heaven, as it is written in His Word, as these calamities continue to unfold!
So stay strong in your faith and walk with the Lord Jesus Christ, our Savior, daily, for there's no other way! For He alone is the way, the truth and the life, as He says in the gospel of John 14:6.
