Remembering The Lord This Easter

Remembering The Lord This Easter  By Nanyamka Boyer

Happy Easter Sunday to you, my beloved reader, brother or sister in our Mighty, Savior and Lord, Jesus Christ, our Strong Refuge and Tower from our storms of life! May this beautiful Sunday, (for the Lord has given us a beautiful sunny day for us to enjoy and to remember His sacrifice on the Cross for us), find you in good health, hope, joy, strength and peace in and from the Lord. For remember that it is His resurrection that gives us hope, peace, joy, strength and life eternal, beginning from the day of our salvation unto heaven and all we could ever need in this world to make it, as His death was the penalty He paid in full for our sins, for remember that the penalty or the wages of our sins is death, as it is written in Romans 6:23 "For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."

Let us also remember what our Beloved Papa God the Father tells us in Leviticus 17:11 about the blood of animals and now about the Precious Blood of His Son Jesus that was offered upon the altar. "For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that maketh an atonement for the soul." For the Father gave us His Son's blood to make an atonement or reconciliation for our souls upon the spiritual Brazen Altar, like the one they had and used in the Tabernacle of Witness in the wilderness and in the Temples that were built after that, as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable unto God (or unto the Holy Trinity: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit), for the purpose of our sins being forgiven, when we repent and turn from them, and so that our relationship with God and to Him be restored. And thank you Jesus for you love and blessed be your holy name!

So let us thank Him daily and not only on Resurrection Sundays, for His great work for us on the Cross, for we would be without hope and without eternal life on this day and forever more, if it wasn't for His great love for us and great sacrifice.

Remember that our Lord Jesus Christ told His disciples and now to us His Saints, as we study His Word, about His death and resurrection in John 10:11& 17 -18 "I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth His life for the sheep." And in John 10:17-18 "Therefore doth my Father love me, because I lay down my life, that I might take it again. No man taketh it (or His life) from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have power to take it again. This commandment have I received of my Father."

For the Lord's amazing love for us will never be fully understood by us, as it is beyond our words and comprehension, but we can see through His actions that He loves us greatly, and by what He accomplished for us through His death, burial and resurrection. For no man would lay down his life for the sins of the whole world. So let us trust in His love, honor it, by seeking Him daily for and in intimacy with Him, also for communion, by obeying His commandments. And appreciate the fact that it cost Him greatly and everything to die for us on that rugged Cross, including leaving His eternal abode in Heaven for us. For it was not easy, the torture and the torments that He experienced, throughout His lifetime, including at His arrest at the garden of Gethsemane, the beatings, the mockeries and scourging, all the way to the cross and on the cross and even in Hell for us, as He had to stay there for three full days and three full nights.

For this He did because He was and is not willing for none of us to perish, but for all of us to come to the knowledge of the truth, repent of our sins unto Him daily, get to know Him, abide in Him and apply His Holy Word in and for our lives, for the benefit of our souls. For remember that we all sin and come short of His glory, as it is written, therefore we must repent daily of our sins unto Him. For remember that this He accomplished for us, so that we would have eternal life and be with Him forever in Heaven.

Bless His holy name Saints, for Easter Sundays are not about Easter eggs, and bunnies laying eggs, but about the Resurrection of our God, Lord and Savior from the dead for us, His beloved creation who was and is made in His image, so we could have eternal life, have a better life here on earth, both spiritually and physically. For bunnies are mammals and do not lay eggs, but chickens, ducks, and other birds do. And as it is written in 1 John 2:21 "I have not written unto you because ye know not the truth, but because ye know it, and that no lie is of the truth." For this was a lie created by the enemy of our souls, who is Satan to divert us from the truth of God and of His Word.

So let us stop believing and teaching our children this lie, for lying lips are an abomination to the Lord, as He says in Proverbs 12: 22 "Lying lips are abomination to the LORD: but they that deal truly are His delight." And the Lord wants me to remind you what He says in 1 Peter 1:15 "As He which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy, in all manner of conversation; Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy." And what our beloved brother Paul the Apostle says in Galatians 5:9 "A little leaven (or sin) leaveneth the whole lump." So let us yield our lives and hearts to the Lord daily without sin, for His death on the Cross for us was not in vain, as it cost Him His very life!

For it's about our Beloved Savior and Lord who suffered greatly for us, conquered Satan and death for us, so that we may live and not die here on earth spiritually or in a burning hell physically and then in the lake of fire, as those who end up in hell will then be cast into the Lake of Fire, after the Great White Throne judgment, as it is written in Revelation 20:11-15. For this He did, so that we may live, move and have our being in Him spiritually, both spiritually and physically here on earth and in heaven and enjoy the life that He created us for us to live and enjoy freely, by also dying for us so that we could have a close and intimate relationship with Him and never be separated again.

Have a blessed day, and peaceful week. Go with God and stay close to Jesus daily and remember that there is always hope in Him for your soul's salvation and for anything your living soul could ever need in this world. Blessed be His holy name, for He did not leave us without hope and without salvation.

Remember to bless His holy name daily and remember that is all about Him and not about Easter eggs, for the devil always does something in the Lord's Holy days, to make us believe a lie and take away our focus from Him, so he can then dupe us, destroy our lives and souls here on earth and then in hell. So don't fall into his lies, for the Lord alone is truth, and we must love the truth, as the Lord has told me or we will then be given over to the lie, who is the enemy of our souls. So let us be wise and choose the Lord and His ways before it's too late.

It is my prayer that on this day you will take advantage of His great sacrifice for you on the Cross, if you are not born again and have not asked Him to come into your heart and life and be your personal Savior and Lord. And that you accept His free gift of eternal life and choose to follow Him daily, not be ashamed of Him or give up on Him, when trials, persecutions and tribulations come your way and upon your life. But that you will follow Him all the way, all the days of your life and be as He is to you and I, faithful, especially when we let Him down and need Him the most. Go in peace, be blessed and have a great Resurrection Sunday!
