Loving The Lord Through Praise And Worship!

Updated: Mar 6

Good day my fellow reader and beloved brother or sister in our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, our Great I Am! It is my prayer that you are in good health, both spiritually and physically and that all is well with you and your loved ones on this brand new day!

On this day let us remember to come into intimacy with our Sweet Lord and Beloved Savior, through praise and worship music. For the Lord loves it when we come before His presence and worship Him in spirit and in truth or by abiding in the Holy Spirit, for who He is and for what He has done and continues to do daily in our lives.

For when we come into His presence, through praise and worship, He pours upon us His Water of Life, that gives us His joy, His wisdom, knowledge, direction, understanding, faith, strength, hope and all we could ever need to live a peaceful and a joyful life in this world. For remember that He is the Fountain of Living Waters in this world. And He fills us to overflowing, when we seek Him in prayer, His Word and through praise and worship.

For when we sing praise and worship songs to the Lord, we grab His attention, and become one with Him, with the Sweet Lover of our souls, as I myself came to learn when I saw Him in Heaven in 2016, as I wrote about it in my first book of Visions. As He stops doing what He's doing in heaven and listens to each and every one of us, as we worship Him and loves it when we romance Him through the love that we give Him, through our worship. And as we continue to praise and worship Him, our hunger and our thirst for Him only increases and causes us to miss Him, when we are not in intimacy with Him and also causes us to yearn for more of Him, so we can continue to pursue and to worship Him.

Our beloved brother King David who was a mighty warrior, worshipper and a beloved saint of God, who was also called by the LORD, a man after His own heart, knew the Lord very well and had a close and an intimate relationship with Him. For he knew how to worship the Lord, for he even wrote about it in Psalm 42, when he said in verses 1-4: "As the hart panteth after the water brooks, so panteth my soul after thee, O God. My soul thirsteth for God, for the living God: when shall I come and appear before God? My tears have been my meat day and night, while they continually say unto me, where is thy God? When I remember these things, I pour out my soul in me: for I had gone with the multitude, I went with them to the house of God, with the voice of joy and praise, with a multitude that kept holyday."

Praise songs or praise music is for our joy, as the Lord ministers to us with His joy and allows us to be filled to overflowing with joy, courage, boldness, power and strength, so that we  can continue to fight the good fight of faith against the devil and to serve Him faithfully. For it is His joy that gives us strength, as it is written in Nehemiah 8:10 "Then he said unto them, Go your way, eat the fat, and drink the sweet, and send portions unto them for whom nothing is prepared: for this day is holy unto our Lord: neither be ye sorry: for the joy of the LORD is your strength."

Worship songs or worship music, is when we become one and intimate with Him, which I prefer the most to do, as I love worshipping the Lord. He is so worthy and when you adore the Lord for who He is, who is our All in All, there is an intimacy that no words can truly express. For that is when we can truly express our love to Him and our longing for more of Him in our lives. And as we worship Him, He satisfies our thirsty souls and fills us to overflowing, so that no other need or desire is wanted, when we are in that intimate moment with Him.

May the Lord grant us a heart like King David to always pursue Him and to worship Him in Spirit and in truth, as the Lord says for us to do in John 4:24 "God is a spirit: and they that worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in truth (or in sincerity of heart)."

Have a blessed day and remember that you were created to be complete only in Jesus and not in anything or in anyone else. For apart from Him, we are incomplete and will never find Him who is the missing piece of our lives in anything or in anyone else in this world. For when we have Him, all else in this world is secondary and is an outward blessing that cannot and will never satisfy our hungry hearts and thirsty souls!
