Agreeing Not With Evil! By Nanyamka Boyer

Good day Saints. It is my prayer that this blog finds you well, in good health and in good spirits you and your loved ones and also filled to overflowing with the Holy Spirit, for there's hope. For remember that it is He who gives us strength, hope and who also keeps us put in our walk with God, joyful, strong, faithful and submitted to the Lord daily, as we daily seek Him in His Word and in prayer and abide in Him. For as it is written in the gospel by the Lord in John 15:5 "I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing."

On this day let us remember to not agree with evil in any form, which are the sins, wickedness and abominations of the ungodly before the Lord. But to rather reprove them, as it is written, when they entice us to sin against the Lord and also when they come against us, through persecution, as the Lord leads us to do, for sometimes the Lord would want us to keep our mouths shut, especially when they accuse us falsely. For remember what the Lord says in His word and also reminds me to give unto you, where He says that blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners. Let us read it for our remembrance, as it is written in Psalm 1:1 "Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in His law doth he meditate day and night."

And also what He commands us and warns us to do in Proverbs 1:10-12 and Proverbs 1:15-18. Let us read it first in Proverbs 1:10-12 "My son, if sinners entice thee, consent thou not. If they say, Come with us, let us lay wait for blood, let us lurk privily for the innocent without cause: Let us swallow them up alive as the grave; and whole, as those that go down into the pit.." And in Proverbs 1:15-18 "My son, walk not thou in the way with them; refrain thy foot from their path: For their feet run to evil, and make haste to shed blood. Surely in vain the net is spread in the sight of any bird. And they lay wait for their (the wicked) own blood; they lurk privily for their own lives."

So do not be afraid to speak the truth of God's Word to the unbeliever in love, when the devil through them try to lead you astray and to sin against the Lord. For we know in our hearts, by the witness of the Holy Spirit that is not the Lord's ways according to His Word, even if it is your family member, loved ones, co-workers, the supervisor at your job or anyone in authority. If what they are leading you to do is not from and of God. For we ought to always fear the Lord only and not man nor their faces. For the Lord also reminds me to give you this scripture wherein He says in Proverbs 29:25 "The fear of man bringeth a snare: but whoso putteth his trust in the LORD shall be safe."

For remember that when we hold men in admiration, we are worshiping them and are having an idol or a false god before the Lord. For the first commandment, as it is written in Exodus 20:3 is: "Thou shalt not have no other gods before me." For remember that our God is a jealous God, as it is written in Exodus 34:14 "For thou shalt worship no other god: for the LORD, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God: Lest thou make a covenant with the inhabitants of the land, and they go a whoring after their gods, and do sacrifice unto their gods, and one call thee, and thou eat of his sacrifice." For whatsoever they (the unbeliever) spend their time the most doing is their idol and false god.

Remember also what the Lord says and warns us about in Isaiah 5:20-21 "Woe unto them that call evil good and good evil; that put darkness for light; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!"Woe unto them that are wise in their own eyes, (and also right in their own eyes, the Lord means) and prudent in their own sight!"

Have a blessed and joyful week, take the Lord always with you wherever you go for you need Him and will always need Him. And let us also remember the fate of the ungodly as the Lord says about them in Psalm 1:5 "Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of  the righteous. For the LORD knoweth the way of the righteous: but the way of the ungodly shall perish."

It is my prayer that you and I, will always remember that only in Jesus, our Sweetest, Loving God and Faithful Savior, we can find all we could ever need in this world to be complete, satisfied, fulfilled and to be able to make it. Even though the way of the sinner and of the world seems to be tempting to go to and follow after, it will always end up in death as it is written in Proverbs 14:12 "There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death." And in Romans 6:23 "For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." And will always be found lacking the joy, the peace, spiritual and physical provision and blessings, rest and security that we can always only find in our Beloved Faithful, God, Lord and Sweetest Savior. Remember that the grass is never greener on the other side of the fence and to us the spiritual fence that the Lord has put around us, His saints. And also remember that it is the enemy's camp and we don't need to go over there nor be there.

Also remember to always be a saint or a child of God through His Son Jesus Christ, no matter where you are at.

So as I have said before, the Lord alone completes us, makes us, satisfies us and fills that void or emptiness in our hearts and lives to overflowing with His Precious, Faithful and Mighty Holy Spirit. And not people, even our loved ones, nor the things that are in this world. For as our beloved brother Paul the Apostle says in 2 Corinthians 4:18 "While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal." And what our Beloved Savior says in Luke 12:15 "And He said unto them, Take heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man's life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth." Blessed be His Holy, Powerful and Almighty name, ALWAYS AND ALWAYS! Amen!
