Waiting On The Lord's Justice! By Nanyamka Boyer
Good day to you my beloved brother or sister in our only hope in this world and our Beloved Savior and Lord Jesus Christ. It is my prayer that this blog finds you in good health, hope and strength in the Lord. For remember that in Him we find good health, joy, peace, and all we could ever need in this world to go on both spiritually and physically. As it is written in Acts 17:28 "For in Him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also His offspring."
So if you're finding yourself without His strength or grace to carry you through life, remember His promise in Isaiah 40:31 "But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint." So the key here is waiting on Him, always, for Him to come through for you and I, and to bestow upon you that which you are lacking. For this is also His promise or His vow to you, as He says in Isaiah 41:10 "Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness." So don't give up upon your God, for our Beloved God and Loving Savior is always, mighty to save! Blessed be His holy name!
On this day let us remember to also wait upon the Lord's justice, when we are wronged and not take matters into our own hands, for remember what He commands us in Deuteronomy 32:35 "To me belongeth vengeance, and recompence; their (the wicked's, those who don't fear the Lord) foot shall slide in due time: for the day of their calamity is at hand, and the things that shall come upon them make haste." And what our beloved brother King David prayed in Psalm 94:1 "O LORD God, to whom vengeance belongeth; O God, to whom vengeance belongeth shew thyself." And what our Beloved Savior Jesus Christ, commands us through our beloved and mightily anointed brother Paul the Apostle in Romans 12:19 "Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord."
For when we take matters into our own hands we leave His protection and end up paying for our sins, and also do not let Him intervene for us and fight for us. For remember that the Lord's judgment upon someone who greatly trespassed against us is greater than our own. For remember that it is written in Hebrews 10:31 "It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God." I don't say this to make you hate your enemies and your fellow man, who is also made in the image of God, and to rejoice when they are judged and being punished and suffer because of their sins, but for you to have the knowledge of the Lord's ways and for you to wait upon the Lord to handle things for you. For our Father knows best, and what is best for us, as His understanding is infinite, as it is written in Psalm 147:5 "Great is our LORD, and mighty in power. His understanding is infinite."
For we are commanded by the Lord to not be glad at calamities, as it is written in Proverbs 17:5 "Whoso mocketh the poor reproacheth his Maker: and he that is glad at calamities shall not be unpunished." And what the Lord commands us in Proverbs 24:17-18 through King Solomon "Rejoice not when thine enemy falleth, and let not thine heart be glad when he stumbleth: Lest the LORD, see it, and it displease Him, and He turn away His wrath from him." And as I hear the Lord Jesus remind me to let you know what He says in the Gospel of Matthew in Matthew 5:44 so let us also daily do: "But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven, for He maketh His sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust. For if ye love them which love you, what reward have ye? do not even the publicans (or the unbelievers) the same? And if ye salute your brethren only, what do ye more than others? do not even the publicans so? Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect."
So let us be more like Jesus daily, and instead do what He did as He hung on that rugged Cross and also what He commands us to do in His Word, which is to forgive and release those who trespassed against us. And let us choose to continue to be free, and to not be entangled again with any yoke of bondage, including the bondage of bitterness and of unforgiveness.
For when we do not forgive, we are in bondage and must cry out to the Lord to give us His amazing grace to be able to set our captives free (those who have trespassed against us, and we have not yet forgiven), so we can also be forgiven by Him and remain in our hearts and in our spirits free. Free from hate, bitterness, unforgiveness and from our ancient enemy Satan. For remember that when we do not forgive or obey the Lord's commandments the devil has us in bondage or are being held captives by Satan and must set ourselves free by seeking the Lord to set us free and by applying His Word daily in our lives. For remember that He died to set us and keep us free from Satan and from our sins and from all that defiles us or that make us unclean and separates us from Him. Blessed be His Sweetest and Holy name!
For if those who are evil and serve the enemy and trespass against us and persecute us, truly knew that their evil and ungodly choices have consequences, for as it is written in Romans 6:23 "For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life, through Jesus Christ our Lord." They would be wise and would not do those things because they would fear the Lord and understand that the Lord is a consuming fire, as it says in Deuteronomy 4:24 "For the LORD thy God is a consuming fire, even a jealous God." For remember that it is the fear of the Lord that is the beginning of wisdom, His wisdom, and when we depart from evil we gain and have understanding, as it is written in Proverbs 9:10 "The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding." And in Job 28:28 "And unto man He said, Behold, the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom; and to depart from evil is understanding."
So pity your enemies and those who trespass against you and be like Jesus when He said and still prays to the Father, as He is in Heaven: "... Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do." in Luke 23:34.
Have a blessed day and a joyous week and remember that the Lord is always with you and is available to carry your sorrows, handle your problems, see us through life and give us the grace and victory to make it through!
So don't give up upon your God and don't ever give in to the enemy of your soul, who is Satan, for remember that he is not for you, but against you. And only your God, our God, is truly for you and I in this world and loves you unconditionally and more than anyone could ever love you in this world. And does not gives up upon you that easily, as we humans do towards one another, and will continue to fight for you, receive you and forgive you of all your sins that you commit against Him, willfully and un-willfully, when you repent of them and confess them unto Him in prayer. For He will continue to work in you, work with you and give you chance after chance, when you fall short of His glory until you make it to Heaven unto Him, if your heart is right with Him. For as it is written in 1 John 1:9 "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." Blessed be His holy name!
