Saved By Grace, Through Faith! By Nanyamka Boyer

Good day to you my beloved brother or sister in our Blessed Savior and Faithful Lord Jesus Christ, our Strength in Life both spiritually and physically, Light in this world and in the darkness. It is my prayer that this devotion finds you well spiritually and physically, you and your loved ones and still abiding in the Lord. And also standing strong in Him and through Him, as we continue to face trials and tribulations in this world. For as Saints of God, we must daily stand, after we have done all, as we are encouraged and commanded by the Lord, through His beloved servant and our brother Paul the Apostle if we are to make it in Ephesians 6:13-17 "Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; And your feet shod with the preparations of the gospel of peace; Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And take the helmet of salvation, and sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God."

For we must be a people of God that truly endures through and until all of our trials and tribulations are over and until the end, without giving up, as there's no other way to make it through this life and to heaven. For this is why the Lord promises us in the Gospel of Matthew in Matthew 24:13 "But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved." So endure unto the end and never give up, as the days are evil and dark, so you can be saved. For remember that it is he who finishes the race that makes it until the end and not the one who quits along the way in life. For as you daily seek the Lord and abide in our Blessed Jesus, He through His Faithful and Mighty Holy Spirit will grant you the grace and strength to endure unto the end of the world, if you must be here until the end.

On this day let us also remember that it was and it is the Lord's amazing grace that saved us and keeps us safe and saved in Him. For if it wasn't for His amazing grace we would be lost and be a people without hope and eternal life. But thank the Lord for His goodness and mercy upon mankind, for it is a free gift in and of life, that He gives us, as He offered His One and Only Begotten Son for our sake. For what the law could not do in us and for us spiritually, He by living in us His holy life, through His Son and Holy Spirit enables us to follow Him daily and keep His Commandments, as the Lord tells us through the Apostle Paul in Romans 8:3-5 "For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh: That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit."

For the law, as Paul the Apostle says, by an inspiration of the Holy Spirit was only our tutor or school teacher until Jesus came, so that He could accomplish every Commandment in Himself and through Himself, as He was and is the Only person in this world who kept all of the Father's Commandments without falling short of His glory, and not as we do daily. And because He accomplished this for us, and Blessed be His holy name, as He didn't have to do it, we now have the gift and power to become the righteousness of God in and through His Son, Christ Jesus, our Savior and Lord, as it is written in Galatians 3:24-27 "Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith. But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster. For ye (the Saints) are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus. For as many of you have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ."

For by grace through faith in Him, are we saved, as the Lord says through the Apostle John and reminds me, so I can give it unto you what is written of Him in the Gospel of John in John 1:17 "For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ." And in Ephesians 2:8-9, we also read: "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast." So continue to walk by faith, not by sight and not by performance, so you can continue to be under the Lord's grace, for by the works of the law, no man will be justified and saved, as it is written in Romans 3:20 "Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in His sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin." Because the law reminds us of sin and that you and I are breaking it and it condemns us. And in Galatians 2:16, we also read: "Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified."

For this is why Paul the Apostle reproved the Church in Galatia, as they began in the Spirit and then fell from grace, by leaving the Lord and His salvation through faith alone, as we read in Galatians 3:1-6 "O foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ hath been evidently set forth, crucified among you? This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith? Are ye so foolish? having begun in the spirit, are ye now made perfect by the flesh? Have ye suffered so many things in vain? if it be yet in vain. He therefore that ministereth to you the Spirit, and worketh miracles among you, doeth He it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith? Even as Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to Him for righteousness." For the Lord and His work on the Cross becomes of no effect to us if we believe that we are justified by the law and end up falling from grace, as it is written in Galatians 5:4 "Christ is become of none effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; ye are fallen from grace."

For it is of and by the flesh, when we try to keep the Commandments of God on our own without relying upon the Holy Spirit to guide us and do for us and through us what is required of us. And the flesh can only produce death, but the Spirit of God, life everlasting, as He alone can give us spiritual life! For the works of the law by the flesh, is man working to please God without the Spirit of God in Him, and is a spirit of religion, but salvation through faith in Jesus, is Jesus living His life in you and through you, through the Holy Spirit, after having died for us on the Cross, being buried and resurrected, after the third day of His death. And He always pleases God, the Holy Trinity. For remember that the Spirit of God that lives in us, the believer in Christ, is the same Holy Spirit who lived in Jesus, 2,000 years ago and still lives in Him in heaven. For this is why Paul the Apostle says about those Jews who believed not in God through Jesus and about those who are religious spirits whom the Lord also fought with in His time, when He first came with the Pharisees, Sadducees and Scribes, and those who did not believe in Him, as we read in Romans 10:2-5 "For I bear them record that they have a zeal of God, but not according to knowledge. For they being ignorant of God's righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God. For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth. For Moses describeth the righteousness which is of the law, That the man which doeth those things shall live by them." And in 2 Timothy 3:5-7 "Having a form of godliness, but denying the power (the Holy Spirit) thereof: from such turn away. For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts, Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth."

Go with God, have a blessed, joyful and peaceful week, remembering that as you daily abide, submit or yield to the Lord, He will continue to do the impossible with you, through you, and in you, by living His Blessed holy life in you and for you, as He knows that we cannot do anything apart from Him. For it takes God to seek, obey, worship and follow God. So keep on abiding in Him and leaning hard upon Him, though His Holy Spirit, so you can make it one day and moment at a time. And remember that His grace is sufficient for you, always, to see you through life and to heaven, as He promises us in 2 Corinthians 12:9 "And He said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me." Blessed be His holy name now and forever more and for also giving us His Holy Spirit, so we can lean upon Him to lead us in and through life and to make it!
